Thanks to the prayers of her friends and family, Sharon is making a rapid recovery from the shoulder surgery she had a few days before Christmas. In spite of excruciating pain, she graciously and cheerfully received visitors (and boxes of "medicinal" See's candy) and somehow managed to enjoy the holiday. Pastor Bob presented her with some cute new PJs to lounge around in, but Sharon couldn't stand to do that for too long -- she soon figured out how to dress herself in regular clothes, using only one arm. Her many "adopted" children and others in her GFCC family are eagerly awaiting news of her return to regular activities! Please continue to pray for her recovery.
